How long should it be worn?
At first, the AFO may feel uncomfortable so they should be worn gradually using the following schedule.
Day 1: 30-60 minutes
Day 2: 1-2 hours
Day 3: 3-4 hours
Day 4: 4-5 hours
Care instructions: Wash the AFO regularly in warm (not hot) soapy water. Hand wash at room temperature and leave it to dry naturally.
